We loved the location and staff. Its private bathrooms with a bathtub were fairly clean. Partial view from the large balcony.

It had PARTICULARLY GOOD location close to everything, I enjoyed it. For lunch I went to a beach restaurant. Free wifi was a plus. Exceptionally good view over the sea. Found a shower and hairdryers in the bathroom. Very comfortable stay in a spacious apartment.

The apartment is very clean and amazing, could not ask for better. The staff were very amicable, interacting with us. We could see sea from the window. It had comfortable beds.

it was in an good location, free parking was available. recommended base for exploring armenian genocide memorial. there were 12 rooms and a sunny balcony.

Internet connection was terrible.
